1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beeshot Limited's website, mobile interfaces, and the FlowPay WhatsApp payment service (collectively, "Services"). By creating an account, initiating a transaction, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of Nigeria or a jurisdiction where our Services are available.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law.

3. Account & Wallet

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet PIN and all activity that occurs under your account. Beeshot will never ask for your PIN via phone, email, or chat. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@beeshot.com.ng.

Your FlowPay wallet is a stored-value account. Funds deposited are held in trust and are not interest-bearing. Wallet balances are not insured by the NDIC.

4. Services & Transactions

Beeshot facilitates payments for bills including (but not limited to) airtime, mobile data, electricity, cable TV, and betting wallet funding. All transactions are final once confirmed by our system. In the event of an erroneous transaction, contact support within 24 hours for review.

We reserve the right to suspend or reverse transactions that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Fees & Charges

Applicable fees (if any) are displayed before you confirm each transaction. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or remove fees with at least 7 days' notice communicated via our website or WhatsApp.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity.
• Impersonate another person or provide false registration details.
• Attempt to circumvent, hack, or disrupt our systems.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with our WhatsApp bot without authorisation.
• Engage in excessive chargebacks or disputes without genuine cause.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeshot's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Beeshot in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for losses arising from network failures of third-party billers, force majeure events, or your failure to follow security guidance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting support. Any outstanding wallet balance will be refunded to your nominated bank account within 5 business days, less any applicable fees.

We may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts. We encourage resolution of disputes amicably before litigation.
